The project manager is the driving force behind coordinating all necessary elements for the successful and seamless development of a project. This process begins with the creation of technical and financial proposals, followed by coordination with the Design and Purchasing departments, overseeing production planning, and concluding with the logistics of delivery and installation of the goods.
All of our project managers hold advanced degrees in Architecture or Civil Engineering and are assigned to projects from the very beginning. They meticulously supervise each stage, ensuring every aspect is managed individually and thoroughly until project completion. Timely delivery, product quality, and exceptional service are fundamental priorities.

When a new project arrives, our team immediately begins work. To provide the most accurate estimates, our project managers utilize CAD drawings. In cases where the project complexity requires it, we send a staff member to conduct on-site measurements, regardless of location.
On the seaming diagrams, the carpet joints and the direction of installation are also detailed. Our project managers work hand-in-hand with the design department to ensure that the technical aspects of the project align with the desired final look. We always strive to find the best aesthetic solution while maintaining the highest technical standards.
